Collet Audio · Updated 2 October 2026
Terms of Service
Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before Cerno accepts paying customers.
The service
Cerno analyses audio you upload and reports what it measures and infers, with confidence attached. It is an analysis tool, not a guarantee: results can be wrong, and we say so where the engine is unsure.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what you upload (see the uploaded-content policy).
Pilot enquiries and payment
Cerno is in private development. This website does not offer self-service subscriptions or take payments. A pilot enquiry creates no purchase or account. Any pilot scope, price, timing and applicable terms must be agreed separately before work begins. No payment provider has been selected for public subscriptions.
Your content
Your audio and your results belong to you. We hold them only to provide the service, apply a one-day deletion policy to uploaded source audio, and never train on it.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change Cerno; material changes to these terms are announced in advance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Collet Audio is not liable for indirect losses arising from analysis results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
Law
Norwegian law applies; disputes go to the courts of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection where you live.
