Controller and processors
Controller: Collet Audio (see the privacy notice). Processors: Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage and sign-in; EU regions: France Central and Sweden Central). No public-subscription payment provider has been selected. Sub-processors are listed here as they are added.
Categories
Account data, uploaded audio (short-lived), analysis results, operational logs, consent records, pilot enquiry emails when you choose to send them.
Retention
Uploaded source audio: a one-day deletion policy, executed by scheduled storage lifecycle jobs. Results: until deletion is requested, or removed through enabled account controls. Logs: 30 days. Consent records: for as long as required to demonstrate consent.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, private storage without public access, per-user isolation, managed identities instead of keys, and audit logs.
Deletion
Where account access is enabled, use the analysis or account deletion controls. For a guided pilot, contact support@colletaudio.com to request deletion. Backups follow the applicable retention policy.
