Who we are
Collet Audio is an independent audio software studio in Norway. Collet Audio operates under the founder’s registered sole proprietorship. The contracting business details must be confirmed before a paid pilot is agreed.
Pilot enquiries
The pilot form only prepares an email in your browser. Its fields are not sent to or stored by this website. If you send the email, Collet Audio receives the details you include and your sender address to respond to the enquiry. Do not include audio or confidential project information.
What we process, and why
- Account data — your email address and display name, where sign-in has been enabled for your access. Purpose: to give you a private workspace. Legal basis: contract.
- Uploaded audio — the track you ask Cerno to analyse. Purpose: producing the analysis you requested. Legal basis: contract. Retention: covered by a one-day deletion policy.
- Analysis results — tempo, key, sections, chords, stems and the evidence behind them. Kept in your workspace until you delete them.
- Operational logs — request timing, errors and reference ids, without audio or file names. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a reliable service. Retention: 30 days.
- Optional analytics — only with your consent (see the cookie policy). Pseudonymous identifiers; never raw audio, lyrics or file names.
Where
Processing happens in the European Union. Infrastructure providers are named in the data processing information.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to Datatilsynet. Where you have account access, use the export and deletion controls. For a guided pilot or any other request, write to support@colletaudio.com.
Training
Your audio is never used to train models. If we ever offer a programme to improve Cerno with anonymised analysis feedback, it will be a separate, explicit, reversible opt-in — never part of these terms.
